Dustie was called as Pastor to Petal Harvey in August of 2013. He is a gifted expository preacher who loves to see people come to know Christ as their Savior. He uses the Acts 1:8 strategy as a guide for Gospel work.
Dustie moved to Petal from Northwest Louisianna. He has been married to his beautiful bride, Jenni, since 2004. They have three energetic boys named Jax, John and Jeb.
Dustie has a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Louisiana College, a Masters of Divinity and a Doctorate of Ministry in Evangelistic Church Growth from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
Joey was affirmed as Worship Pastor at Petal-Harvey in September 2015. His desire is to see the church magnify the greatness of God as they gather for corporate worship and as they scatter throughout the community.
Joey is a life-long Mississippian and has served churches in the Jackson area, Natchez and Hernando. He married Jennifer (Trussell) in June of 1998 and they have two daughters: Jordyn and Jana Claire.
Joey holds a Bachelor of Music in Church Music from Mississippi College and a Master of Arts in Christian Education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
Wendell (aka The "W") came to Petal-Harvey in June 1990. He was raised on a dairy farm in Kentwood, Louisiana. He is married to Maria "C" Frazier and they have three children Chuck (& Ashley), Chip (& Kali), and Alicia. He is Pawpaw to six grandchildren, Reson, Walker, Maggie, Keetsy, Evan and Ryan.
Wendell enjoys the outdoors lifestyle and is a huge NASCAR fan. He has degrees from Southeastern Louisiana University and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Wendell has served in a variety of churches in Mississippi and Louisiana in various staff positions for the past thirty-six years.
Jason Wade serves as our Associate Pastor of Family Life & Community Impact. His primary function is to ensure comprehensive ministry and discipleship for preschool through college age students and their families, with emphasis on families. This includes planning church & community opportunities for family life development as well as providing guidance and leadership in the mission work of PHBC locally and globally.

Brock came on staff as the College Pastor in January of 2018. Born and raised in Jackson, MS he is another life-long Mississippian here at PHBC. After finally finishing college he moved to Memphis for seminary and later served for 7 years in youth ministry in Olive Branch, MS.
He has a great desire to see college students live out their faith in big ways here at Petal-Harvey. Throughout history God has used students to usher in great revivals and awakenings in the land. Brock is looking forward to being right in the middle of the next one here at "The Harve.”

Clark is the resident "Yankee" on staff. He moved to Petal from North Carolina where he served as a middle school minister for the previous 8 years. He has been in student ministry for over 15 years. Clark's education includes a B.S. in Physical Education from Georgia College & State University, an M.Div. from Southeastern Baptist Seminary, and a Th.M. and Ph.D. at New Orleans Baptist Seminary. Clark has been married to his wife Jennifer for 14 years.
Often accused of being a middle schooler in an adult's body, Clark has a passion for introducing teenagers to Jesus and working with parents to help them mature in their faith. His favorite verse relating to youth ministry is 2 Corinthians 5:13a,
"If we are out of our mind, it is for the sake of God..."
Danny (BouBou) moved to Petal from Picayune, MS, in October 2015. His desire is to raise up a generation of students who long to change the world with the gospel. Through genuine community, relevant Bible study, and passionate service he leads our high school students to discover what it means to be the Church.
Danny has been serving in student ministry for over ten years in Mississippi. He has served in youth ministries at churches in Laurel and Picayune. He married Kayla Smith in August 2007 and they have two children: Josiah Daniel and Janalynn Marie. They also have a 7 year old boxer named Bree (their first baby). Kayla is a PTA but currently stays at home with Josiah and Janalynn.
Danny has a Bachelor of Arts (Religion) from William Carey University and a Master of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
Kelly Gunn has been the director of Preschool Ministries since August 2006 and began full time as the Director of Preschool and Children's Ministries in June 2015. In her position as director of preschool and children's ministries, she is responsible for discipleship and activities for children ages birth to 6th grade. She is very passionate about making sure that the children in her care feel safe and are shown God’s love.
Kelly is married to Chad Gunn who is an active deacon, Sunday School teacher and Praise Team member. They have three children, Anna-Claire, Graham, and Caroline.
She has a degree in elementary education and taught for 8 years before leaving the classroom to be home with her children. During that time, she worked at the Mother’s Morning Out program here at PHBC as a teacher and director. She also worked part-time for the Petal School District for four years as the School Readiness Coordinator.
